Environmental Assessment and Management
LandPartners offers a range of stand alone environmental consultancy services that can also be employed in an integrated way to provide advice and assistance to clients from the assessment stage through to final landscaping and/ or restoration.
LandPartners can assist with all aspects of environmental assessment in accordance with relevant local, state and national environmental planning legislation.
Outcomes of specialist environmental assessments can be provided to clients in professional reports to identify initial site constraints and opportunities. Additionally comprehensive assessment documentation such as Environmental Impact Statements (EISs), Reviews of Environmental Factors (REFs) and Statements of Environmental Effects (SEEs) can be prepared by our expert staff. These documents can include the range of environmental assessment offered by LandPartners as well as the variety of other services we offer including mapping, engineering, town planning and urban design.
Our whole project approach, which includes specialist assessment, stakeholder liaison and expert document preparation, aims to alleviate the complexities of the technical assessment and approval process for our clients. We can provide specific environmental expertise with respect to the management of naturally and culturally significant landscapes. Particular services include preparation of Vegetation Management Plans, Environmental Management Plans, Bushfire Management Plans and Cultural Heritage Management Plans.
The LandPartners environment group has vast experience in bushfire control and planning and specialist training in assessing bushfire threat and planning for bushfire protection with respect to relevant state legislative requirements.
LandPartners can also provide consultation and education services with regard to environmental management; including: provision of training, preparation of informational material, participation in community events and forums and media liaison. We also provide certified audit services for and advice regarding establishment of environmental management systems for both ISO 14001 and Green Globe ®.
