Brisbane City Council (DA) - development assessment
LandPartners' Project Director Shane Smith and Senior Town Planner Phillip Cristaldi are accredited to assess applications in accordance with Brisbane City Council's RiskSmart (DA) process. RiskSmart seeks to offer more consistency and a faster way to assess and approve applications for:
- new houses and extensions in a demolition Control Precinct
- centre activities in a centre
- industry in an Industry Area classification
- reconfiguring a Lot (six or less lots)
- multi-unit dwelling (six or less units)
- single unit dwelling (six or less units).
