Surveying
LandPartners’ Surveying Services (including titling) capture, interpret and present vital data about our clients’ developments.
From high-rise buildings to subterranean infrastructure, we collect accurate spatial information on almost anything; land, structures, easements, flood levels or the volumes of three dimensional spaces that can’t be visualised by the human eye.
Our work is so precise that some government departments and agencies we work with, such as the Queensland Department of Natural Resources and Mines, allow us to self-assess and endorse our cadastral survey plans.
More...LandPartners has always been an early adopter of specialist surveying technologies and equipment. We use the latest data capture, modelling and surveying tools, such as real time dual frequency GPS receivers and laser scanning systems, to cost-effectively collect and analyse data.
Some of our most significant surveying projects have included surveys of the planned city of Springfield in south east Queensland, survey services for Westlink Motorway (NSW), easement surveys for Powerlink Queensland’s electricity transmission network, and surveying of the 800km Eastern Gas Pipeline between Victoria and New South Wales.
LandPartners’ title and development consulting services assist our clients to realise the full, economic potential of land, buildings and spaces.
We understand the varied and sometimes complex titling systems for freehold, crown and leasehold property around Australia, and can clarify current ownership arrangements and help to change or transfer titles to individuals, organisations or communities.
This is particularly important in urban environments, where space is at a premium. Over the past decade, LandPartners has become expert at creating volumetric plans for developments. These plans identify the titling and development arrangements for three-dimensional spaces that may be sold or leased commercially, or retained as community assets.
