Members of our Water Infrastructure team are accredited designers with Sydney Water Corporation for Water, Recycled Water and Sewerage systems. Our Water Servicing Coordinators are listed as nominated key personnel accredited under MGP Building and Infrastructure Services P/L who are licensed with Sydney Water as Water Servicing Coordinators. Most of our experienced Water Infrastructure team were former Sydney Water employees who have years of experience in survey, design and planning of the successful delivery of water and sewer infrastructure. Our team manages the entire delivery of water and sewer assets for all our clients' projects including residential, industrial, commercial and general infrastructure works. Our experience includes a variety of works involving major / minor reticulation and trunk systems and the adjustment of existing assets to meet our client’s needs.

In Sydney, Water Servicing Coordinators are now responsible for managing the Sydney Water Building Plan Approval Process and approving your plans as required for your construction certificate. Landpartners are an experienced surveying firm and our specialized Water Infrastructure Survey Team use methods of electronic location and state of the art surveying technology to provide the accuracy required to produce a Sewer Service Protection Report. Our Sewer Protection Reports relate Sydney Water’s affected assets to the cadastral boundary and required level datum, which is something that most other accredited suppliers do not provide. We have experience in all areas of Sydney Water’s areas of operation. Additional to Sewer Service Protection Reports, our team are accredited by Sydney Water to stamp your Council DA approved building plans and handle the associated concrete encasement / piering inspections required by Sydney Water.
