Most of our experienced Water Infrastructure team were former Sydney Water employees who have years of experience of the design and planning of the successful delivery of water and sewer infrastructure. Our specialised Water Planning team are very experienced negotiators when it comes to protecting our clients interests. Developer Servicing Plan (DSP) charges are sometimes levied on developers by Sydney Water. In Sydney, Water Servicing Coordinators are now responsible for managing the Sydney Water Building Plan Approval Process and approving your plans. Landpartners are an experienced surveying firm and our specialized Water Infrastructure Survey Team use state of the art technology to provide the calculation and accuracy required to produce a Sewer Service Protection Report that relates Sydney Water’s affected assets to the cadastral boundary, something that other accredited suppliers cannot offer. We have experience in all areas of Sydney, Blue Mountains and the Illawarra regions. Additional to Sewer Service Protection Reports our team are accredited by Sydney Water to stamp your Council DA approved building plans and handle the associated concrete encasement / piering inspections required by Sydney Water.
