Tax File Number information

Providing your Tax File Number (TFN) to LandPartners is not compulsory. However, for shareholders who have not supplied their TFN, LandPartners is required to deduct tax at the top marginal rate plus Medicare levy from unfranked dividends paid to investors resident in Australia. Lost share certificates

You are advised to contact Computershare immediately, in writing, if your issuer sponsored statement has been lost or stolen.

Annual report mailing list

Shareholders can choose NOT to receive a LandPartners Annual Report and Half Yearly Report by writing to Computershare Registry Services Pty Ltd at the address provided. A form will be sent to you for this purpose. Should you choose this option, you will continue to receive Notices of Meetings and Proxy forms.
