John's technical specialty is surveying. He manages the surveying requirements for many of Queensland's large urban and rural subdivision projects including the successful residential communities of Pacific Harbour (2,000 lots), Norfolk Estates (2,000 lots) and North Shore (1,200 lots). John is also heavily involved in conducting negotiations with local authorities, government departments and other project stakeholders to achieve development approvals for clients.

Tony Hart

Tony has over 25 years of surveying experience in both metropolitan and rural areas and is a Registered Surveyor in Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria. His knowledge of surveying practices and legislation, and his extensive experience with government bodies, private enterprise and the public, enables Tony to communicate confidently and liaise with a wide range of local, national and international organisations. His fields of expertise are site planning, co-ordination of consultants, project management, and Council negotiations. Tony has also been involved in managing survey tasks in association with GHD Railway Services on the rail lines within Sydney and environs.

Ray has over 26 years of experience in major infrastructure projects, predominantly in pipelines, transmission lines, exploration and mapping. Additionally, Ray has extensive experience in GPS, and now as a project director he leads LandPartners' continued development in energy projects nationally. Aside from his project commitments, Ray is an active member of the Australian Pipeline Industry Association (APIA) as well as other industry associations.

With 44 years experience providing services to the Australian and international property development industries, Ian currently identifies business opportunities for LandPartners, particularly in the area of residential development. Outside his corporate role, Ian has given much to the surveying and urban development industries, serving on many committees and spending three years as a Director of ASLIS Pty Ltd, an Australian consortium responsible for developing land information systems in the Philippines.

Roy has over 26 years experience in urban surveying specialising in surveying for the land development industry. Roy was heavily involved in a number of GIS data capture projects including the NSW DCDB project for NSW Land Information Centre, the Optus Fibre Optic Facilities Management System and the NSW Maritime Services data capture of Sydney Harbour Foreshore maps. Other projects Roy has been involved in include survey control for the Sydney Ocean Outfalls project, surveying at Sydney Airport and survey control for seismic exploration in central Australia.

With his surveying background, Ross also manages some of LandPartners' major surveying projects. These include cadastral surveys for land subdivisions, and control, detail and digital terrain model surveys for large engineering, mining and high-rise building projects.

Greg is a Registered Land Surveyor with 34 years industry experience including project management of subdivisions, land development activities and planning and servicing of land. He is a Sydney Water Service Coordinator and accredited designer of water and sewer reticulation systems. Greg is also a road and stormwater designer for land subdivisions. In addition, Greg is a Board member of ACSIS (the professional indemnity insurance scheme for surveyors) and is a past Chairman of ACS NSW.

Michael has extensive expertise in medium and high-density residential developments, particularly with council negotiations, titling solutions, project management and legal mechanisms to assist developers. Michael has dealt with government departments, large international organisations, and property developers. Construction projects he has managed include the Exhibition Hall and the Showring, the second and third largest Olympics projects, and numerous high-rise projects. Michael is a member of the Housing Industry Association Planning and Environment Committee.

Shane is involved in town planning and environmental management services where he is instrumental in assisting clients to achieve development approval for projects in South-East Queensland. Some of his major residential subdivisions include Mango Hill, Poona Bay, Pebble Beach and preparing community plans for developments around South-East Queensland. Shane’s surveying expertise led him to be selected in 1986 to help the Icelandic Government to conduct a detail control survey of the Icelandic Plate in order to monitor its movements.
