LandPartners an active player in Fairways development

LandPartners' Western Corridor office involved in one of many high-profile projects

22 January 2008

With earthworks having already started, leading built environment firm LandPartners is working with Mirvac to create their latest lifestyle development project 'Fairways'.

The $130 million residential development will involve some 200 three and four-bedroom homes ranging in value from just under $500,000 to $1 million.

'LandPartners looks strong to continue its involvement in prominent Western Corridor projects. The Fairways at Brookwater by Mirvac is a large home development, featuring residential lots backing onto Brookwater Golf Course' Peter Barbaro, LandPartners' Western Corridor Operations Manager said.

'The major milestones we have achieved with the Fairways project have been the five development approvals with an additional three to go, LandPartners will also be providing the full survey and titling services for Fairways. We expect to be involved with Fairways until its completion in four years time' Peter said.

Having been involved with Springfield since its inception, LandPartners has been providing full town planning and surveying services, including high-level negotiations with Ipswich City Council.

The rapid growth of this area of South East Queensland looks set to continue and the recent opening of the LandPartners' Western Corridor office is a reflection of this.
