Designed to be an outstanding corporate address, and a superb environment for a working community, Radius Industrial City offers purpose-built contemporary warehouse design, environmentally sustainable development, and sophisticated infrastructure and amenities.
Located less than 20 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD, Radius Industrial City features up to 50 hectares of ‘general industry’ lots, featuring 1.5km of frontage to the Logan Motorway at Larapinta, with quick-line transport feeds to the CBD and all outlying regional centres.
LandPartners was responsible for providing all statutory planning services from inception to delivery, including a major development application to seek a Preliminary Approval Overriding the Planning Scheme. The Preliminary Approval involved masterplanning a complex site and the need to address significant challenges including infrastructure, koala habitat and other environmental constraints.
LandPartners successfully facilitated a Preliminary Approval for the subject site, and has since been retained to deliver further statutory planning approvals for individual sites as the development has progressed, including Material Changes of Use and subdivisions.
Radius Industrial City is now home to some of Australian Industry’s biggest icons, including Toll Ipec, Energex, BP and Caterpillar.
